Satyajit Ray’s Pather Panchali
Event Description : FILM – Habitat Film Club celebrates 60 years of the Federation of Film Societies of India (FFSI) with a screening of Satyajit Ray’s iconic work, Pather Panchali (35mm/Bengali with Eng subtitles/1955/126 mins).
Established in 1959, Satyajit Ray was the Founder-President of FFSI, which focused its activities on the promotion of good cinema through actively nurturing film societies and creating a decentralised ecosystem to access the gems of Indian & International Cinema.
