Bihar and Bengal has so much in the connection that we decided to pick some of the best dishes for you. The chatkal factory in Bengal ( Bengal province, Bihar was also part of this) saw many labours from different parts of Bihar move to Bengal to work in jute factories. They got their food there and also brought back the food from Bengal. They have picked some of the best street food from the 2 states like phuchka, jhal muri, aloo kalbi, singhada chat that are not just famous in Bengal but famous in Bihar too. Places like Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Chapra, and other towns have a lot of Bengal influence. Festivals like Durga Puja and Saraswati puja are celebrated in both states in a very similar fashion. Their aim is to feed the public with famous street food of both states.
