These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) along with privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) (hyperlinked) forms a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between You and Us.

E. DONATIONS
1. You can donate to selected causes on Anand Foundation using a number of payment methods such as credit or debit cards or cheque. You will receive an e-mail confirming your donation. This is the final confirmation of your donation. If you donot receive please contact Anand Foundation immediately.
2. If you are making donations through the payment gateway, you understand that the payment gateway is by a third party and governed by the terms and conditions of the third party. You are liable in the event you violate any of the terms and conditions of the third party in making your donations, Anand Foundation shall not be responsible for any such errors or default in making your donations.
3. Anand Foundation reserves the right at any time from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the donation facility with or without notice.
F. USING THE WEB
1.You will use the Web only for such purposes as is permitted by (a) this Agreement; and /or (b) any law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines applicable in the country of which you are a citizen or in which you are a resident or from where you use the Web.

N. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, NOTICES & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
