 “Winter Collection” solo show of paintings by Divyaman Singh The Artist is presenting 22 art works of oil on canvas in this show. The art works are all thought oriented and depict a range of emotions. It is an amalgamation of colours, black and white landscapes and larger than life figures.

 Rembrandt and the Mughals is the subject of a new book and forthcoming exhibition at the Getty Center curated by Stephanie Schrader. Rembrandt made 23 drawings late in his career based on Indian paintings imported to Amsterdam from Surat. These portraits of rulers, princes and courtiers reveal how the contact with Indian art inspired him to start drawing in a different, more refined style, and on Asian paper.
