International Day of Yoga
The event will take place on 21st June @ 6.30 am at the Embassy of Italy, entry from gate 1 located on Satya Marg, Chanakyapuri.
The gate will open at 6.15 am and we kindly request you to be on time.
Yoga Master Nivedita Joshi, founder of Yogakshema, will be conducting the session.
We warmly suggest you to go through the tips enclosed to this email.
WARNING: KINDLY LET US KNOW IF YOU SUFFER FROM ANY MEDICAL CONDITION IN ORDER TO INFORM THE YOGA PROFESSIONAL IN ADVANCE AND RECTIFY CERTAIN POSES.
The yoga session will be followed by coffee, tea and snacks.
The invite is open to spouses as well or any yoga passionate. Please carry your Valid Photo ID.
